If a company, where decisions are made democratically, is more efficient, then why there seems to be no such companies? If there appeared one, assuming all else equal, would you invest in it?

I'd say they rather can't exist at all, at least in it's ultimate form and/or stable state.

That will never happen. So it’s much more useful to talk about what the coming chaos and mismanagement looks like and what, if any, opportunities will be presented and how to exploit them.
